Numbers can be categorized more specifically into different number systems, for instances, natural numbers, whole numbers, integers, rational numbers and irrational numbers. In this session, we will learn how to classify numbers into different number systems.
Natural numbers:{1, 2, 3, 4…}
Whole numbers:{0, 1, 2, 3, 4…}
Integers:{…-2, -1, 0, 1, 2…}
Rational Numbers:Numbers that CAN be written as "fraction", "repeating decimals" or "terminating decimal" Ex: -5, 0, 4, ,5.67,-4.
Irrational Numbers:Numbers that CANNOT be written as "fraction", "repeating decimals" or "terminating decimal" Ex:,, 24.67934
